But recent revelation Sidy (as Siddharth is fondly addressed) is in no hurry as he wraps up just 5 films in his 5 years in the industry and looks out for the next inspiring one. Times are a-changing; they always are, but some phenomena like Dean are timeless. And nothing could stop them except what dawn-of-a-new-Dean, Siddharth quoted to win CNBC Manager of Th e Year in 1999: ‘resistance to change’!
